Buying Art from my site is very easy! Firstly contact me via
email (complete the contact form on the contact page) and indicate which piece of art you are interested in purchasing.
If at the time of interest I am contracted to a gallery, you will need to complete the purchase of the art work you are interested in through the said gallery, on contacting the gallery they will inform you on payment methods and delivery or collection.
If at the time of contact, the piece you are enquiring about is not contracted to a gallery then Postage and Packaging will be added to the cost of the Art work shown on the website, the price of P&P will be dependent on the size and weight of the piece, However if the artwork you are interested in is attached to a gallery then all negotiations will need to conducted via that gallery.
All art work is sent via Royal Mail or courier and will be tracked and signed for.
I will endeavour to have the goods arrive within 21 days of clearance of cheque, but please allow a maximum of 35 days for delivery.
I can deliver overseas, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. Please contact me via email if you have any queries.
Payment for your Art work can be made by cheque payable to KC Kavallares. Bank transfer details will be sent on an agreement of sale. Once the payment has cleared I will organise getting your new original art work to you or alternatively Paying for your Art work via the bank can be arranged on contact with me via email for details.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to myself and or the contracted gallery, cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped all glass removed and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g, Cheque or Bank Transfer etc.).
